To access open-ended responses from your survey, you will need to navigate to the survey's Results page.
Once on the Results tab, find your open-ended question and click on 'More Details' or anywhere else on the survey card.
Upon clicking on the into the question card, you will be directed to view individual comments and search within them.
If your organization has turned on the Conversations feature, you will see comments listed with reaction and reply buttons available.
Clicking the reaction buttons will trigger an email to the employee you offered the comment letting them know that you reacted to their comment. If you click the reply button, you will be able to respond to the person's comment. They will get an email notifying them that you have responded, and they will have the opportunity to reply to your message as well.
