If you have sent a survey to an employee whose email address is incorrect, follow the steps below to update their email address and resend the survey to their correct email.

Step 1: Go to the Surveys page and click on the 'Edit' button of your in progress survey. This will take you to the Share page of the survey where you can edit its recipients.

Step 2: From the list of Recipients under the Recipients section, select the employee whose email was incorrect. Once selected, click on the 'Remove' button, then the 'Update' button.

Once you've clicked on 'Update,' you will get a survey summary pop-up. Click on 'Confirm' to confirm the change and remove the incorrect email from the survey.

Step 3: Next, you'll need to navigate to the Employees section and update the employee's email address.

On the Employees page, search for the employee using the incorrect email address in the search box. Once you find the employee, click on their name to open the edit window where you will have to update their email address to the correct one.

Step 4: Lastly, you will need to resend the survey to the employee using their correct email address. To do this, go back to the Surveys section and click on the 'Edit' button of your survey.


This time, from the Employee List under the Recipients section, find or search for the employee's name. Select their email address, click on the 'Add' button, then the 'Update' button.

Once you've clicked on 'Update,' you will get a survey summary pop-up. Click on 'Confirm' to confirm the change and send the survey to the correct email address.
