Sending Survey Reminders

Learn how to send a reminder email to those who have not yet completed their survey.

Once a survey is live, you have the ability to send reminder emails to those who have not yet completed it.

To send a reminder email:

  1. On a live survey card, click the Send Reminder button.

If you are looking at the list view, the icon will be found at the end of the row.

2. A pop up window will allow you to make any edits to the subject or body of the email that goes out with the survey link. For reminders, users will typically add "Reminder," "Last Chance," or "Only one day left" to the subject line to gently nudge employees to complete the survey.

3. Once you're ready to send the reminder, click on the 'Send Reminder' button
